Project target
The project supports schools at leisure time facilities, which acquaint the students with skilled manual works. The offering takes place in form of workshops and courses.
The students’ physical capabilities will be developed and stabilised, at the same time they learn the resource-saving handling of materials. The participants of the job creation scheme experience unusual occupations and enter new work fields. Thus their occupational opportunities will be improved.
Project steps
In close cooperation with the schools and - sometimes day care facilities - project ideas are developed, which are customized to the schools’ individual needs. Thus the working groups woodworking, school garden, handcrafting with eco-friendly materials arouse, which are offered weekly. The team also supports a theatre workshop at the construction of coulisses and the fabrication of decoratianm and costumes.
