Project target
The girls strengthen their social and technical abilities, learn the secure handling of tools and building materials and gain insight in non-female occupations. We want to arouse technical interest, so that the girls choose a technical field in their internship (9th form).
Project steps
Mapping and needs review of the girls’ common areas at the school. Execution of an ideas workshop at BAUFACHFRAU, the designs for the girls’ room were realised at the school once a week. Construction of furniture, wall design and design of a tile mosaic. Finally a party was celebrated and the participants received a certificate.
