The children’s farm consists of several buildings - stables, playhouse, workshop, storerooms, barbecue area and a farmyard with an adventure playground.
The farm was built in eco-friendly construction with the help of associations, organisations and sponsors. All buildings were erected in wood frame construction filled in with light clay mixed with straw. The walls of the heated play house were furnished with ladder scaffolds to allow a wall thickness of about 30 cm. The ceiling insulation of the two-storied play house was made from light clay mixed with straw and protection against trickling sand. All outer and inner walls were plastered with clay, the outer walls with visible timber framework and the inner walls entirely surfaced.
